We happened upon this web site, dedicated to fighting a particular font. “Comic sans”, hmmmmm, where have I heard that term before? Oh yeah, when designing our own web site style sheet:
H1,H2,H3,H4,H5,H6{
font-family: “Comic Sans MS”
…
}
Now, we understand graphic designers have strong opinions about fonts (and web page layout, user interface design, etc, etc, ….) but this is rather tempting. Perhaps helvetica has won the font war in corporate logos and advertising media, but this site makes us want to redo our logo and corporate letterheads in comic sans, just to annoy.
