Right now the number displayed when dragging the delay slider does not include the system delay caused by recording and then playing back audio. That amount may be different for each Android device, since each vendor has flexibility in how to implement the sound subsystem. I cannot read that system delay and build it in. Add roughly 50 milliseconds for older devices.
